    I ordered flowers from (fromyouflowers) a couple days after my mom passed, for her memorial service. I ordered a spray of flowers for the top of my mom's casket, as well as a memorable spray of flowers. I then then called 3 days before the service to make sure they would be there once the casket arrived.   • I paid for flowers that were never delivered.

    I ordered flowers at 8:30am on Saturday January 11th; with the expedited delivery service so the flowers were to arrive no later than 12:30 to my fiancée's work. I called fromyouflowers several times between 1pm and 6pm since I never received the delivery confirmation email.     Don't order from fromyouflowers! I ordered flowers for same day delivery, received a call hours later (too late to cancel and order same day delivery from another company) saying the flowers could not be delivered, but would have to be delivered "first thing in the morning."     I ordered funeral flowers that simply were not deriver on time of funeral. Nobody called me or informed me that there will be a problem. Other family members ordered flowers from other sides at the same time and their flower made on time.     I ordered flowers for my best friend and two aunts for Mother's Day. I ordered the flowers 10 days before Mother's Day for delivery Wed and Thurs to get ahead of the "rush."     I am in NZ and tried to order my mother flowers for mothers day, several weeks before the actual occasion. On mothers day, flowers that were the completely wrong arrangement were delivered so naturally I was disheartened. I called the company and they offered me a $15 gift card for $50 dollar flowers. Clearly, poor business, horrible customer service.     This was such an awful experience, it was for a birthday surprise and they never got it. I even paid extra for expedited guaranteed delivery to be delivered before 12pm. I had the birthday girl wait 90 minutes after 12pm and still no flowers. This was embarrassing and horrible. They were so rude, and didn't want to give me refund.     I will never use from you flowers again nor will I refer them. I was supposed to be the recipient of a dozen roses, card and teddy bear for Valentine's day and I never received the order.     Shame on me. I did not take the time to read reviews of this shady vendor, FromYouFlowers.Com, before placing an order. I paid good money for a delivery on either Monday or Tuesday. Here we are on Wednesday with no reply to my efforts to contact them (phone is constantly "busy" - who let's that happen these days?).     Booked a Valentine's day delivery with them. Paid the extra 4.99 to guarantee noon delivery to my wife. By 4pm nothing had shown, so i call them. Lady tells me she will make a call, and to hang on. 20 seconds later she tells me the florist said it was on the truck. No way she made a call that quick.     I am a Florist. Understand that From you flowers is a go between. They are a Clearinghouse. They do not design Flowers nor deliver them. They always forget to add a delivery charge and I continually have to turn down orders from them. Their customer service people are always hard to understand (heavy accents).     these people had absolutely NO trouble BILLING my credit card, yet I STILL have not received any flowers OR compensation. In fact, they tried to still charge me the same day delivery fee when THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. I have called more than 10 (YES TEN) times now and still nothing.     These people totally effed up my order. I ordered Wednesday morning, they said she'd have it by 3pm. At 6 pm they call me and tell me they're sorry but they weren't able to deliver, would deliver next day. They didn't even offer a refund of the same day fee until I requested it.     Ordered flowers for same-day service before the cut-off time and no flowers came. 2 emails were never responded to, although the site stated that, "they would try everything to respond within an hour."     After paying $2.99 to get same-day delivery,& receiving an email verifying delivery, the next day I find out that the recipient did NOT receive the flowers on that day, but the next day.     I place two orders- one for each Mom of mine- my mother and my mother-in-law. Let's start with my mother's order- it came in and was not at all what I ordered. When I called customer service about it, their computer translated it to a different bouquet, instead of the radiant Peruvian Lilly bouquet, however, my confirmation was correct.     I placed two orders on Thursday for floral deliveries on Sunday in two different states. They guaranteed delivery for Sunday. I received a phone call Sunday morning saying they could not deliver the flowers until Monday or Tuesday. They would not offer me a refund or discount. They only offered a discount on a future order.     Ordered Roses on Feb. 12th for delivery on Valentine's Day. Their website was advertising "same day delivery available"...     I tried for the first time instead of FTD. Big mistake. I placed 3 orders on Friday morning. I selected arrangements that were advertised same day delivery. The arrangements were for Mother's Day and I was told they could be delivered Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
