  • Excellent customer service far better than FTD



    I have an order with FromYouFlowers and I needed to change the delivery date. I sent one email and ten minutes later I received a reply which specified that my delivery date change had been accepted. In contrast, a similar situation occurred to last month with FTD. One week in advance, I followed the instructions on the FTD website to make a change to the delivery date. I received an auto-response but no confirmation that my delivery date request had been accepted.
