  • Unacceptable customer service



    I would really love to be contacted by from you flowers executive relations department. I have posted my review of this business on this site as well as a few others and I am extremely disappointed with the lackluster customer service I have received from this company. I was supposed to be a recipient of a beautiful floral arrangement, teddy bear and card from my boyfriend from Valentine's day. Instead I received nothing at all because from you flowers did not deliver as they promised. We have spent hours on the phone with your customer service reps, been hung up on twice, been on hold...
