I ordered a tabletop basket of plants with flowers to be delivered to a patient at Hartford Hospital; the first plant to arrived had a gaudy pink bow,3 dying leaves in the center of the arrangement, out of proportioned plants in fact one branch hung out over 12 inches long causing it to lay across the hospital table, a dying rocket stem, hanging over the basket front; I called to complain and sent in a picture showing the mismatched basket which looked nothing like the professional displayed picture; they sent out another basket, this time they sent a plant with no flowers in it for which I paid; I called to complain and they said they would offer a discount, I said no , it is unacceptable that they could not get the order right for a second time, I did not get what I ordered and paid for; then they told me that they would give me a refund and GO AND GET THE PLANTS FROM THE PATIENT AT THE HOSPITAL WHO JUST HAD MAJOR SURGERY, OUTRAGEOUS BEHAVIOR FROM A COMPANY, I told them that their printed policy on their website says that they will do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer; what makes them think that bothering a patient in the hospital for a third time to take the arrangement back is okay??? Better off using another company of this could be your loved one that has to endure outrageous company behavior
