Unacceptable customer service

I would really love to be contacted by from you flowers executive relations department. I have posted my review of this business on this site as well as a few others and I am extremely disappointed with the lackluster customer service I have received from this company. I was supposed to be a recipient of a beautiful floral arrangement, teddy bear and card from my boyfriend from Valentine's day. Instead I received nothing at all because from you flowers did not deliver as they promised. We have spent hours on the phone with your customer service reps, been hung up on twice, been on hold for a total of at least an hour, had rude reps, have two unanswered emails and I still never got what was ordered. I will say that I spoke with two nice reps today and they did honor a refund as well as a complimentary floral arrangement. However, the time that it took to finally get a decent rep who was willing to help was completely unacceptable. I have dealt with other online flower sites and have had delayed orders in the past which resulted in a refund in addition to the flowers still being delivered and the customer service provided more than made up for the inconvenience. I cannot say the same for from you flowers. My company as a whole places a lot of orders through this site because we have a corporate discount but at this point I plan on speaking to our marketing department and talk to everyone I know in person and through my Facebook and Twitter accounts to NOT use this service. I have been doing customer service for 9 years and if I ever provided the kind of customer service I received from this company(or the lack there of) to my customers I would be out of a job. I can sinceerly say that I have NEVER received such poor customer service as I have this week from this company in my life. You can not give a person bad business then provide subpar customer service on top of that. Unacceptable.
